For Autodesk AutoCAD OEM 2021 (64-bit) developers usage:

1. Download the file AutoCADOEM2021VBAOverlay64.exe using ‘save as’ option to your Downloads folder.
2. Unzip the AutoCADOEM2021VBAOverlay64.exe to C:\Autodesk\AutoCADOEM2021VBAOverlay64 .
3. Download and Unzip Autodesk_OEM_2021_Win_64_Bit.exe to C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_OEM_2021_Win_64_Bit.
4. Copy the files from C:\Autodesk\AutoCADOEM2021VBAOverlay64 to C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_OEM_2021_Win_64_Bit(Except dlm.ini). This overlays the required VBA files.
5. Add “VBA71;VBA71ENU;VBA71LANG” to the ‘PREREQUISITE’ variable in the [AOEM] section of C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_OEM_2021_Win_64_Bit\setup.ini.
6. Install Autodesk AutoCAD OEM 2021 by running: C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_OEM_2021_Win_64_Bit\setup.exe.
7. Copy AcVBA.arx from C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_OEM_2021_Win_64_Bit\x64\aoem\Program Files\Root to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD OEM 2021
